Corporate Social Responsibility
As a small and medium-sized enterprise, EREMS is committed to conduct its business in a responsible and sustainable manner, carefully considering its impact on the environment and society. EREMS has set priorities in line with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
All of our CSR initiatives are assessed annually by EcoVadis, which awarded EREMS the "Committed Company" badge in February 2026.
Our Environmental Policy
In response to the climate challenge and in alignment with the Paris Agreement—which aims to limit the global average temperature rise to below 2°C compared to pre-industrial levels—EREMS is committed to:

Our site was fully renovated in 2025, and our workspaces have been redesigned to provide ideal working conditions for everyone in all aspects of daily life.
Training & Skills Development
Through our onboarding programs and internal training catalog, EREMS values training in all its forms. Our staff receives training from leading institutions and directly with our clients and partners in the space sector.

Gender Equality Index
With a gender distribution of 29% women and 71% men, EREMS scored 92/100 on the Gender Equality Index for 2025.
Promoting Industrial Careers
EREMS participates in sector initiatives led by UIMM to promote our professions to women, such as "Tu as Ta Place" and "Passeuses d'Avenir".
