Our quality commitment
EREMS Company Management, aware of the value of Quality in the performance provided to the customers, has implemented a Quality Management System based on the requirements of the ISO 9001 standard and of EN 9100 (reference applicable to the aeronautics and space fields).
The Quality System acknowledgement was done through :

the ISO 9001 certification by Bureau Veritas (initial date 1999)

the EN 9100 certification by Bureau Veritas and registration on IAQG Online Aerospace Supplier Information System database (IAQG OASIS) : OASIS Database. All the processes defined in the Quality System are subjected to plans of improvements which rise from the analyses and the evaluation of the effectiveness of each of these processes.

The SME label awarded by CNES underlining the exellence of EREMS as key SME space supplier in Design and production of space flight electronics for platforms and payloads.
EREMS fulfills the Product Quality requirements in all the phases of the projects thanks to the experience gained on the former projects and by drawing on the processus organization of the Quality Management System, in particular :

Design : analysis of the design choices, taking into account the requirements concerning safety, reliability, and by observing the rules defined by specifications (derating, EMC, etc.)

Procurements : checking of the quality level needed for the program; the controls which are carried out enable to guarantee the reliability and the traceability of the parts of the equipment (components, materials...). Quality plans are set up with the main subcontractors to guarantee services complying with customer's requirements.

Manufacture : for space hardware, the equipments are produced in a clean room by qualified personnel: ESA Certified operators for the brazing operations. The processes are subjected to qualifications and procedures before their implementation.
EREMS has been granted by the CNES an ASF (Agrément de Savoir Faire - Know-How Certificate), covering manual soldering of EEE components according to a a dedicated PID (Process Identification Document).

Controls : they mark out the life of the product: checks, reviews, incoming inspections, key points, tests. The associated equipments is checked and calibrated regularly.

Configuration Management : it ensures the identification and the traceability of the product and of its documentation throughout its life cycle.
