Sept 24 - 2nd launch of the KINEIS constellation!

After the successful first launch in June 24, the KINEIS suite took off from New Zealand on September 21.

Kinéis adds 5 new nano-satellites to its constellation, bringing the total to 10 out of the planned 25. This deployment reinforces its ability to offer global connectivity, even in the most remote regions. The KINEIS mission is a loT “Internet of Things” mission that connects small beacons, enabling the tracking of various objects such as bird migration, fire outbreaks, etc.

EREMS developed the PCDU for the HEMERIA platform and has supplied 25 for the Kineis constellation over 2022/23. The PCDU recharges the satellite's battery with solar panels and distributes all the electrical power for all the satellite's equipment.
